Refund & Digital Products Policy

1. Nature of Our Products & Services

Northstar Commerce Group provides digital services, strategic consulting, and downloadable or electronically delivered materials, including audits, reports, strategy documents, and other digital deliverables. All such items are delivered electronically and may be accessible immediately after purchase or engagement.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, work has commenced, or materials have been delivered. Please ensure you are satisfied with the scope before proceeding.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same service or deliverable.
• Technical failure preventing access to a purchased digital file that we cannot reasonably resolve.
• Corrupted or incomplete digital material where a usable replacement cannot be provided.

Any exception is assessed at our sole discretion.

4. UK & EU Digital Content Notice

By proceeding with payment, you request immediate access to digital content and/or services and waive any statutory 14-day cooling-off period under UK and EU consumer law where applicable, once access or delivery has begun.

5. Support & Service Level

We provide email support for technical issues related to access or delivery. Our team aims to respond within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, UK time). Support does not include ongoing consulting, coaching, or advisory services unless explicitly agreed.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of delivery, access logs, and acceptance of these terms at checkout or engagement. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Digital Products Policy.
